Ingredients (for 4 persons): 1 packet of Flat Beans Casserole, 1000g 1 cup of Grated Tomatoes 2 cups of water (if using a pot) or 1 cup of water (if using a pressure cooker) salt, pepper.

Cooking in a pot: Steam the contents of the packet with 1 cup of water for 5-7 minutes over low heat. Turn the heat up, add the salt, pepper, tomato, olive oil and 1 cup of water and stir gently. As soon as it comes to a boil, put the lid on the pot, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 35-45 minutes.

Cooking in a pressure cooker: Execute the recipe as described above, but use half the quantity of water (1 cup, only for steaming). Put the lid on the pressure cooker and once the valve rises, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
