Wheat flour, halloumi cheese, cow's milk, sheep's milk, goat's milk, skimmed milk powder, lactose, wheat starch, soya, gouda cheese. This product is produced in an area that processes wheat gluten, dairy products, egg products, soy products, mustard, celery, peanuts and sesame seeds

Ready to bake in 40 minutes. Not suitable for microwave cooking. When using the paper baking tray, do not exceed 220*C for 60 minutes in conventional oven.

Country style filo pastry 55% (wheat flour, water, cornstarch, refined sunflower seed oil, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate.) Filling 37% (halloumi cheese 10% (cow's milk, sheep's milk, goat's milk, salt, non animal rennet, mint) water, bechamel (modified starch acetylated di-starch phosphate, vegetables fats: coconut oil, skimmed milk powder, lactose, wheat starch, salt, stabilizers potassium sorbate and sodium di-phosphates, sodium phosphates, calcium sulphate, thickener sodium alginate, flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate, emulsifiers mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin, flavourings, colouring annatto, gouda cheese, ming) vegetable oils (cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, palm kernel, palm oil, flavouring, colouring: b-carotene)

Preheat oven to 170ºC / Remove the cover and place the pie with paper baking tray straight from the freezer to oven / Bake at 170ºC for about 40 minutes until turned golden brown.

Once defrosted keep in the fridge (0-4ºC) up to 24 hours. Do no refreeze after thawing.
