Mix 1000gr mixture with 88g of water and 50g of yeast. Knead on the 2nd gear for 8-10 minutes. Proof for 45 minutes and shape. Fry at 180º - 190ºC
Store in cool (< 25ºC) and dry place (< 65% RH)
