Moist carrot cake with smooth vanillia frosting

Ingredients: vegan carrot cake [mix (wheat flour, sugar, rapeseed oil, wheat gluten, wheat starch, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, E501ii, modified starch: E1404, E1422, emulsifiers: E471, E477, E481, dextrose, stabiliser: E415), water, carrots, sunflower oil, glucerine, cinnamon, baking soda], vegan frosting vanilla (sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed, palm), oligofructose, humectant: E422, water, emulsifiers: E471, E322, flavouring, preservative: E202, acidity regulator: E339ii). The product may contain traces of: milk, egg, soy, peanuts, nuts, sesame, sulfites.

Keep in freezer (-18°C to -22°C) for 6 months. Do not remove packaging while defrosting. Defrost for 4-6hrs at 0°C. Keep at +2°C to +4°C or 3 days after defrosting. Do not freeze after defrosting.
