HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Thawing-Heating(heating homogenization of product mass)Put product in a cooling chamber till fully defrost. Preheat oven at 210οC. Heat at 200οC 14’ – 16’ depending on quantity and oven type. Add steam for approximately 5’’ at the beginning of the process.

INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sesame, wheat semolina, sugar, palm oil, sunflower oil, stearin, yeast, salt, texture improver (wheat gluten, enzymes) colouring agent: E160a.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
